The staff was lovely in all services. Because of a problem with standard twin room we were upgraded and had a brand-new room with 2 beds.

Thoroughly enjoyed the room with 2 beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. This hotel was located in a central area short walk to areas like Dotonbori, the main shopping district, and definitely hassle-free...

The breakfast had something for everyone - eggs and bacon. My room included central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. The staff were kind and great and the location was favourable so close to everything. Moreover, it was close enough to shops around, Close to nice restaurants and the tourist spot “ Dotonbori ”.

We had the most very comfortable few days there. The place was modern and great, we greatly enjoyed it.

everything was very good, fairly clean hotel, great and favourable location close to metro station. the room was new-fashioned and neat with 2 beds, just what we needed. the service was friendly throughout our stay. the facilities were brand-new too. the place was nice, nothing too much trouble, would recomand.

That was nice hotel set in shopping area, adjacent to all the shops/restaurants, Kyoto and shopping and dining areas. The rooms were amazingly clean and fairly quiet with 2 beds, you feel like home. The location was great and good, for example, Nipponbashi Monument was at a short distance from the venue. The onsite bar was cozy and the staff were lovely.

Extremely comfy bed, large bathroom and central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television in the room. Paid US$ 10065. Great and absolutely perfect location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Ebisubashi Bridge. Incredibly nice, welcoming staff with smiling face.

Staying here was a breeze! The location is convenient, I could easily access the train station and explore the area. The staff were attentive and made me feel welcome. The room had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities like a flat-screen TV and electric kettle. The sitting area was great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

This place is definitely a winner - recommended to all!

The room with 2 double beds. Location: the hotel was just next door to Dotonbori and train stations, the nearest train station and lotz of restaurants and shops around, and the most popular tourist spots.

I had a REALLY COMFORTABLE stay in a long time. The property was clean, featured modern design; I really enjoyed it. The location was great and particularly good, just a short walk away from Dotonbori. The room was modern & spotless, came with 2 double beds and a couch, for example. Breakfast at coffee nearby.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the bustling Donburi street with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room itself was spotless and had everything I needed. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, allowing me to leave my bags before check-in and even bringing them to my room when I returned. I also appreciated the free refreshments available in the reception area.

Although the bed was comfortable, it was a bit difficult to access as it was raised on a wooden base. The room was also on the smaller side, but still clean and cozy.

We loved staying at this hotel as it was very clean and had great facilities, including the option to plug in our gaming console to the TV. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect - we were able to walk to many attractions and it was close to the train station. The breakfast was also great, and served in a nearby cafe. We highly recommend it!

Nothing not to love.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the middle of the action with easy access to a variety of restaurants and the metro station. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice bed for a good night's sleep.

The windows in the room had blinds that didn't block out the light well, causing me to wake up early in the morning.
